Terms of Service

It is not affiliated with SAM.gov, the U.S. Government, or any government agency. Tendvora does not guarantee eligibility, awards, contracts, revenue, or any particular result.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to Tendvora websites, Free Opportunity Match requests, paid subscriptions, opportunity monitoring, alerts, reports, and related services.
2. Your information
You are responsible for providing accurate business-profile and account information and for having authority to provide information submitted on behalf of an organization.
3. Opportunity intelligence
Tendvora organizes, filters, and prioritizes public opportunity information using submitted business profiles and other relevant criteria. Matches, scores, briefs, and alerts are research aids, not legal determinations of eligibility or professional legal, accounting, or procurement advice.
4. Independent verification
You are responsible for reviewing the official solicitation, amendments, attachments, registrations, eligibility rules, certifications, deadlines, and submission requirements before acting.
5. Free Opportunity Match
A Free Opportunity Match may provide an example opportunity based on the information submitted. Availability and relevance are not guaranteed. Requesting a free match does not create a paid subscription.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in U.S. dollars through the payment provider shown at checkout. Unless checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Current cancellation and refund information is available at /cancellation/.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, use the service unlawfully, or systematically redistribute Tendvora output without permission.
8. Third-party and public sources
The service may depend on government and third-party sources and providers. Tendvora does not control their availability, amendments, content, or decisions.
9. Service availability
Tendvora may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. Service interruptions may occur because of maintenance, provider failures, security events, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Tendvora does not warrant that every relevant opportunity will be found, that public-source data will always be complete or current, or that use of the service will produce an award or commercial outcome.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tendvora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, data, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Electronic communications
You consent to receive transactional and service communications electronically. Marketing communications are subject to available opt-out mechanisms and applicable requirements.
13. Privacy
Information handling is described in the Privacy Notice.
14. Changes
Tendvora may update these Terms prospectively as the service evolves. The effective date and version will be posted on this page.
