Cancellation & refunds
Effective September 21, 2026
To request cancellation, email support@gettendvora.com from the email address associated with the subscription and identify the account or company.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Tendvora, access may continue through the billing period already paid.
Refunds
Charges already incurred are generally non-refundable and are not ordinarily prorated for a billing period that has already started, except where applicable law requires otherwise or Tendvora expressly approves a refund.

Free Opportunity Match
The Free Opportunity Match does not require a paid subscription and does not create a recurring charge by itself.
