This notice describes how the Tendvora service handles information used to provide Free Opportunity Matches, paid subscriptions, opportunity monitoring, support, and related business operations.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Tendvora, we may collect company and business contact information, website and service information, geographic preferences, contracting and set-aside information, Free Match submissions, account and subscription status, communications, support requests, security logs, and limited usage or attribution data such as campaign parameters used to understand which source led to a request.

Payments

Payment-card details are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Tendvora may receive transaction identifiers, subscription status, billing metadata, and related information needed to administer the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the service, build opportunity profiles, perform matching and prioritization, deliver requested briefs and subscription outputs, administer billing and support, secure the service, prevent duplicate or unwanted outreach, maintain opt-out records, and comply with applicable obligations.

Public business information

Tendvora may use lawfully available public business information to identify prospective business contacts or evaluate service fit. Marketing opt-outs and suppression records are respected in Tendvora’s outreach workflow.

Service providers

Tendvora relies on service providers for functions such as hosting, storage, payment processing, email delivery, and operational analytics. Information may be shared with those providers as reasonably necessary to perform those functions.

Retention and security

Information is retained as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain billing and suppression records, resolve disputes, support security, and meet applicable obligations. Tendvora uses administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information where applicable. You may opt out of marketing communications through the method provided in the message. Some records, such as suppression or transaction records, may need to be retained for operational or legal reasons.

International processing

Tendvora is operated from Brazil and is designed around U.S. public contracting opportunities. Information may be processed in countries where Tendvora or its service providers operate.
